Server Rules
All players on the Ultra Gaming SCP-RP server are expected to follow these rules at all times. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. By joining, you agree to abide by all policies listed below.
⚠ Warning: Violations may result in warnings, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans depending on severity.
⚌⚌⚌ Server Rules ⚌⚌⚌
- ⋆Respect Everyone — Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind (race, gender, sexuality, etc.) is not tolerated.
- ⋆No RDM / ARDM — Do not kill or attempt to kill another player without a valid RP reason.
- ⋆No Metagaming — Do not use OOC info in-character. Respect in-character boundaries.
- ⋆No FailRP — Stay in character and act realistically for your role and situation.
- ⋆Follow FearRP — Value your character's life. If threatened with a weapon or lethal danger, act realistically.
- ⋆No Powergaming — Do not force RP actions or act beyond what your character could reasonably do.
- ⋆No Job Abuse — Do not switch jobs or use your job to gain unfair advantages or avoid RP consequences.
- ⋆No Cross-Branch Interaction Abuse — Foundation, GOI, and SCP factions must not collaborate unless explicitly allowed by RP or staff.
- ⋆Self-Defense for Non-Combatives — Maintenance, Medical, and Research staff may defend themselves only when directly threatened or attacked. Do not engage in offensive actions or instigate conflict.
- ⋆No Mic Spam — Do not play music, scream, or be obnoxious on mic.
- ⋆No ERP — Erotic roleplay is strictly not tolerated and will result in a ban.
- ⋆Follow NLR — Do not return to the area you died in for 2 minutes and forget all RP events upon death.
- ⋆No LTAP / LTARP — Do not leave to avoid punishment or RP (including switching jobs or disconnecting).
- ⋆Keep It Clean — No explicit, NSFW, or offensive content in chat, RP, or voice.
- ⋆No Exploiting — Abusing bugs or glitches will result in punishment.
- ⋆No Prop Abuse — Do not trap, kill, or block players with props. Prop surfing/building is not allowed.
- ⋆Do Not Ask for Personal Information — Doing so will result in a ban.
- ⋆DOX / DDOS Threats or Attempts — Will result in a permanent community ban or blacklist.
- ⋆Voice Changers / Soundboards — Only allowed with staff approval and must not be used to troll.
- ⋆Language — English is preferred for communication; do not use other languages to hide RP intent.
- ⋆Custom Names — Must be lore-appropriate, professional, and non-meme.
- ⋆Respect Server Lore — Maintain SCP universe tone; avoid unrelated pop culture or 'meme RP'.
⚌⚌⚌ SCP Roleplay Rules ⚌⚌⚌
- ⋆SCPs Must Roleplay — SCPs must act according to their lore and behave in a way consistent with containment scenarios.
- ⋆No Random Breaches — Do not release or breach SCPs without authorization from Site Command or event staff.
- ⋆SCP Teaming Restrictions — SCPs may not cooperate with humans unless explicitly permitted by RP or event rules.
- ⋆SCP Killing Rules — SCPs should only kill when justified (e.g., containment breach, testing, or defense).
- ⋆Class-D Conduct — Class-D must follow guard instructions unless rebelling with valid RP reasoning.
- ⋆Research Conduct — Researchers must conduct proper tests following containment and safety protocols.
- ⋆Follow Lore — Stay consistent with SCP universe lore. Avoid meme RP or unrealistic behavior for your role.
⚌⚌⚌ Chaos Insurgency RP Rules ⚌⚌⚌
- ⋆Advert Raid Requirements — CI may only conduct an advert raid when there are 3 or more CI combatives online.
- ⋆Non-Advert Raid Requirements — CI may only conduct a non-advert raid when there are 5 or more CI combatives online.
- ⋆Raid Ratio — Foundation:CI — A 1:3 FOUNDATION:CI ratio must be maintained. For every 1 Foundation member online, a maximum of 3 CI may participate in a raid. Example: 3 Foundation members online = maximum 9 CI raiders.
- ⋆Raid Cooldown — A 15-minute cooldown must be observed between all raids. Use the cooldown timer on the CI Faction page.
- ⋆CI Cannot Team With SCPs — CI may not cooperate with SCPs unless explicitly permitted by event staff.
- ⋆D-Class Liberation — CI may liberate D-Class personnel and recruit them to the Insurgency during raids.
⚌⚌⚌ General / Staff & Community Rules ⚌⚌⚌
- ⋆Respect Staff Decisions — Arguing with or disrespecting staff may result in punishment.
- ⋆No Staff Disrespect — Staff are here to help. Toxic behavior or harassment toward staff will not be tolerated.
- ⋆No Spawncamping — Do not camp respawn points or exits to kill or detain players unfairly.
- ⋆No Unauthorised Building — Only build or fortify areas if permitted by your branch or event staff.
- ⋆Event Rules Apply — During events, you must follow event-specific staff directions, even if they differ from standard rules.
⚌⚌⚌ Infraction Consequences ⚌⚌⚌
- 01.Player shall be warned about the rule they have broken.
- 02.Player may be jailed or muted for a certain amount of time.
- 03.Player will be kicked from the server if they continue to break rules.
- 04.A ban may be issued from 1 day to 6 months depending on the severity.
- 05.A permanent ban may be issued and shall only be lifted if an appeal is accepted.
